Delicious gluten free pancakes


This idea is perfect for a delicious and healthy breakfast. If you can't eat gluten or just want to try something new, this is for you.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of oat
  • 1  1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 banana: If it is large and ripe, the pancakes will have better flavor and texture.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and / or sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla (opcinal)
  • Butter: so that the dough does not stick in the pan.

STEPS

  • Put the oat in the blender, until it is almost like powder.
  • Then add all the other ingredients and blend until it's a homogeneous mix.
  • Put some butter in the pan, wait for it to heat up and melt, and add the amount of mixture you want, depending on the thickness of the pancake you prefer.
  • Wait for it to cook on one side, then turn to the other, and that's all, you have your pancakes! Simple and fast.
