Banana with chocolate, the best combination!
This recipe is perfect for a party or a family gathering, not only because of how easy it is to prepare, but also because you can make a lot of quantity without spending a lot of money or effort. Not to mention it's the perfect combination!
INGREDIENTS
- Bananas: The amount to be consumed. Not very mature. Each banana will be split in half, so one banana is two servings.
- Chocolate: 50g of chocolate for each complete banana. Semi-sweet chocolate, since the banana itself is sweet. You choose if it is dark or white chocolate, any option is perfect, that depends on your tastes.
- Butter: A tablespoon. You can also use margarine, but butter is better in mmy opinion.
- Popsicle sticks: for each banana, two sticks.
- Parchment paper.
- (Optional): Things to decorate, such as sprinkles, chocolate chips, sweet sauces, etc. Use your creativity, you decide!
SETPS
- Peel the bananas and cut each one in half. Insert a stick at one end to make it look like ice cream. Put the bananas thus prepared in the freezer while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. If the bananas are cold, the chocolate will cool more quickly.
- In a container that you can put in the microwave, mix the chocolate, the chips, and the butter that you are going to use depending on the number of portions you are going to prepare. Put the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, repeat until the chocolate is completely melted (normally is not more than 3 times). This process is the same for dark and white chocolate.
- put the parchment paper on a flat and clean surface, take a banana out of the fridge and put it on the paper, then pour some chocolate on the banana, turn it so that it is completely covered.
- This is the moment to decorate the banana as you want. After you are done with the decoration, wait about a minute for the chocolate to sodify, and then put it back in the freezer with the rest of the bananas.
- Scrape the chocolate off the parchment paper and add it back to the appropriate cup. Re-melt in the microwave for 30 seconds if the chocolate becomes too thick to pour. Repeat the process of covering with chocolate and decorating with the remaining bananas.
After all the bananas have been covered with chocolate and decorated, store them in the freezer for 45-60 minutes. And then enjoy!
Thank you! I will try it
